My breakfast today!  All of this lovely fresh fruit is full of nutrients, fiber, and cancer-fighting antioxidants.  The ground flax is a great source of omega fatty acids, and aids in digestion.  Smoothies are a great way to include a variety of fruits (and veggies, if you’d like) into your diet quickly and easily…and have I mentioned they taste great?!  Enjoy! :)

This is great except most orange juices are made from re-constituted juice and contain an excessive amount of additives, preservatives and especially sugar!!!!! 

You’re better off just smashing an orange into the blender, the pulp is good for you too and it would add some thickness. Unless you want to strain out the chunks lol
